At this point, I have personally worked with over 25 board teams, and the results are consistent — improve dynamics and overall board performance, creativity, innovation and satisfaction are enhanced. This research implies that boards should screen directors for CQ to ensure that the director has the skill and motivation to work well with the existing board.
