It also has helped us to create better relationships since we communicate before hand and not just during times of crisis. By taking the extra time up front, we can identify areas where we can support each other. This has allowed us to be more proactive. However, scheduling has been tough.

When a leader gives him or herself to all employees in very helpful ways a new sense of transparency and trust develops. Giving also produces a lot of serotonin in our brains – much needed if there is a crisis or problem. One of the things that I noticed is that all of your “ings&# involve other people, not just the leader.
