It’s necessary to listen using a different part of our brain (not Active Listening) that we’ve never been taught to use intentionally. I’ve trained the model globally over the past 30 years in sales, negotiation, marketing, patient relationships, leadership, coaching, etc. Our behaviors are our beliefs in action.
