That cream that will get rid of wrinkles in two weeks or the diet that will help us lose 20 pounds in two weeks are fairy tales.

We may be snowed by the public relations machine that “markets” a poor leader. At one point in my career, I worked for a man who was a tyrant, bigot and sexist. So, I guess my recommendation is for people in such situations to not give up but speak to others and figure out a creative way of bringing the truth out.
