As with any project - start with the goal. "To We have 8 teams which is a good number for span of control. Each team is lead by a director and an assistant director. Education (everything from English skills, schooling to job training), Adjustment, Housing, Transportation and Finance. So how are we doing it?

The group at my table included executives from marketing, finance, sales, HR, and corporate development. But office seating tends to be grouped according to a single function, division, or span of control. Those lunches were a critical organizational lubricant, reducing friction and allowing the gears to turn much more smoothly.
