Staying ethical when you are in power ie any kind of power – you dont necessarily have to be the top dog, even a manager or leader of a small team – would need to keep his ethic in check every now and then. I had the car for 20 days before I hit a truck head on and totaled it.

Now, back to your point, throw in a class after work and studying for an eight hour professional engineering exam it makes it pretty difficult to exercise and eat healthy. Which is another thing that I’m surprised I haven’t lost it yet because going to the gym is a huge stress reliever for me.
