I was asked to be Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Information & Communication Technologies. I didn’t want to turn down such an honor over the phone, so I travelled from Paris to Tunis to meet Prime Minister Jomaa. I would say overall we harnessed technology to push the country toward the future.
