Abraham Maslow said that one of the fundamental needs of human beings is “Esteem” – a desire to be accepted and valued by others. - - - - - - - - - - - - - P.S: People work well when they do something they love doing. Folks need to understand you are really no different than them, you are just at a different place at a different time along your career path and therefore have a different role right now. We need role models of good leadership. Tell them what you did this weekend, talk about your kids and hobbies. Good stuff. I wish we did.
