Lack of Focus and Follow-Through : Those leaders who lack the focus and attention to detail needed to apply leverage and resources in an aggressive and committed fashion will perish. There is so much unethical behavior (what I refer to as situational ethics) at the executive level that continues to create an us versus them environment.

I don’t know about you, but it’s almost as if we have raised a generation of leaders who feel they have a moral and ethical obligation to be politically correct – WRONG. mikemyatt: A leaders Intellect should not be a depreci.
