Successful leaders focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty. They are active listeners, fluid thinkers, and know when to press-on and when to back-off.

Some employers believe in providing a little something extra to all employees during the Holiday Season as an expression of gratitude for their loyalty and contributions during the year without regard to performance. I personally dont feel bonuses work to promote a good work ethic. An idividual either has it or doesnt.
