Great Leadership: a Lot of This and That

I feel that the majority of good leaders can only be developed, in a sense that no specific training, educational degree or position can define their development. Through training and education, good leaders have the opportunity to master their skills. I feel as if these skills are built in people their whole life.

How about this morning’s story about the head of the Michigan Education Association sending an inappropriate e-mail to 200 employees… that’s wrong and bad. But, being wrong can be very bad. Say terminating the wrong person when a problem arises… that would be wrong and bad.
