As a CEO you have the ability to influence positive changes, and to make contributions well beyond those who have not been afforded the same opportunities, and it would be nothing short of tragic for you not to clearly understand this. "False" beliefs, a lack of sincerity, or any belief system that is not genuine can be harmful.

The problem was the belief system I was operating under was flawed. Technology and its role in travel 2.0 I wanted people to perform and when they didn’t I would become disregarding. I am not proud of those days perhaps you have, or are doing the same today. I could not have been more wrong!
