After reading nearly 40 books about leadership released this year, my pick for the very best is the book, The Font-Line Leader: Building a High-PerformanceOrganization from the Groumd Up , by Chris Van Gorder. Question : Can work ethic be taught? In that regard, he taught me a “work ethic.” Fly-bys don’t count.
