link] Dan Collins Mike, I would particularly like someone to address the popularity of "politically correct" leadership. What do leaders dop to provide a safe environment for people to explore, test, try, fail, learn, review, try again etc. Let me expand. Would Churchill, Patton or their ilk have flourished in leadership today?

Habits in turn form a person’s character and reputation. But if the staff display low competence and low commitment, a combination of high coaching, high supporting, and high directing behavior from organizational leaders would be much more effective. link] Dan Collins Thanks Mike.
