Why I realize we cannot all be entrepreneurial in the sense that we can’t all start our own companies, I believe we can all be entrepreneurial in terms of how we approach our careers. Years of hard work (which generally precedes success) don’t seem so hard if you are doing what you love. This is critical! Pay the price.

Maybe it’s the secret of our success? The most significant transformational moment in my career was an act of my elimination. It was lucrative, and I needed my mentor Dr. Paul Hersey to point out the downside or I never would have grown. Maybe we’ll need it in the future? And, it wasn’t my idea.
