At my last job, even as my supervisors were mainly focused on efficiently fulfilling tasks, such as acquiring products and delivering orders, they were open to helping us and allowed us to grow as workers. Among my colleagues, we saw the good intent of everyone to produce their best work, while we rushed to fill orders.
