If you have not had the opportunity to view or read any of Simon Sinek’s material regarding marketing and to ‘ Start with Why ‘, I highly recommend you spend a few minutes doing so. Sounds simple, but what Sinek found is that most companies do their marketing backwards. in 2010 and started full time work in the business in 2012.

Because most requests have a tinge of self-esteem built into them — you have to keep it up while letting them down easy. But let them down gently and quickly — again, a lot of their self-esteem and work is bundled up into the idea — and it will take a major hit. But you just can’t do it NOW. But commitment guides bravery more than an inherent belief in self-ability! Self-doubt only belongs in the evaluation phase and kept out of the implementation phase. Evaluate organizations online: their mission, major products/markets, history, and biographies of key participants. Perhaps this is an issue of confidence.
