The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced on March 31 that it will add a nonbinary gender option to its discrimination complaint form in honor of Trans Day of Visibility. Claimants can use the gender identifier “X” while filing a discrimination suit inquiry through the EEOC’s public site, the Pre-Charge Inquiry Form (which is occasionally used in its place), or the Online Spanish Initial Consultation form.
