However I took great care of the team I had on my own outside of their quarterly bonus. I personally dont feel bonuses work to promote a good work ethic. While many tend to favor this structure, it is far from perfect as well. Our funed loans were our bonuses and those of us who produced were happy with the results. a 12 month project.
